Topica Mag (“Topica,” “we”) operates topicamag.com (the “Site”). This Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal data worldwide. We operate from Argentina and make the Site globally accessible on a geo-neutral basis.

Covers information processed through the Site. We do not currently offer user accounts, comments, or uploads.

  • Any information you include in such communications.

  • EEA/UK: We do not actively target or direct the Site to EEA/UK residents. If individuals in those regions access the Site incidentally, we process only minimal data necessary to provide the Site, relying on legitimate interests and compliance obligations as applicable.

  • Other regions: We rely on lawful bases comparable to the above under local law.

General-audience Site. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child provided personal data, email hello@topicamag.com to request deletion.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No system is perfectly secure.

We do not use non-essential cookies or similar technologies (e.g., localStorage) for analytics, advertising, or personalization. If we ever add such tools, we will update this Policy and request your prior consent where required.
